Did this in summer school, i gotta practice drawing him for chapter 3 D:

I WAS PAYING ATTENTION I SWEAR!!!.............maybe

I love this character :D He makes me smile, i hope he came out right D:

His hair is such a pain to draw, all the spikiness

A lil Hagar/Har know-how: I'm making this character a little comic relief, he's loves to laugh and make a joke out of everything, he's a lil perverted, and loves practical jokes. His puppet Har tries to keep him in line and is usually not amused with Hagar's jokes.

Har loves his AFTERNOON TEA!!! :D

edit: rescanned it cause it came out weird D:
reedit: Realized why the pic came out so funy, rescanned it again, i forgot to set the scanner to color mode xD So now it's not so icky and sketchy :3
